The Holt, Rinehart and Winston Foreign Language Series —French Level 1

This was a project management challenge of the most complicated kind. Developed over a three years period and subject to mis-handling caused by equipment failures and employee turnover, the quality of final product was in serious trouble when I took over the management. Correcting the problem involved establishment of overall procedures and file management schematics developed and all the files sorted, re-linked and cleaned. The resulting project was over 40 Gigabytes of Data consisting of hundreds of pages and thousands of images. Naming conventions were of particular importance as we were developing a Standard Pupils Edition, Standard Teachers Edition, Texas Pupils and Texas Teachers Edition, 2001 Edition for Standard Pupils Edition, Standard Teachers Edition, Texas Pupils and Texas Teachers Edition, and reprints for all the previous editions and all these addiitional corrections and editions all occuring at the same time. The final project was a complete success.
